The OSS hereby informs all interested applicants that, at the request of consulting firms and in order to provide further clarification, the deadline for submission of proposals under the Call for Applications entitled “Recruitment of an International Consulting Firm / Group of Consultants to Support the Development of Eritrea’s GCF Country Program, Portfolio Review, and Capacity-Building for Climate Finance” has been extended by ten (10) calendar days.
The requested clarifications are provided in Annexes 1, 2 and 3 appended to the Terms of Reference.
This mission aims to strengthen the National Designated Authority (NDA), improve strategic planning for climate finance, and facilitate inclusive, evidence-based engagement with the Green Climate Fund.
The deadline for receiving the applications is January 2nd, 2026 at 23:59 (Tunis time).
